1. General Overview
PettiChat is committed to delivering your pet translation device to destinations worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, costs, and responsibilities for international orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 30 business days after payment verification and order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Time: Shipping time varies significantly by destination country and selected service. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout. These are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier logistics.

Total Delivery Time: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
3. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability to specific regions may be restricted or altered without prior notice due to regulatory changes or force majeure events. We primarily partner with reputable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, YunExpressand, and China Post EMS, depending on the destination and service level.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are covered by us at no extra cost to you. However, all import taxes, duties, customs clearance fees and brokerage charges incurred for the shipment shall be borne solely by the recipient. PettiChat assumes no liability for such additional expenses.
5. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments are subject to the import laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws. Please check with your local customs office to understand potential fees and restricted items before ordering. Providing inaccurate or incomplete address/recipient information may result in customs delays or return of the package, for which PettiChat is not responsible.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no updates for an unusually extended period (exceeding 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery date), please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Delays: PettiChat is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in tracking and inquiring about the shipment.
8. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Related)
For returns or exchanges approved under our Return Policy, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated customs fees for sending the item back to our designated return center. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured service for returns.
